Making
Procedure for Soft Tofu
|
|
- Follow the procedure for making soymilk.
- Put 1/2 cup(supplied cup) of water and add
soft tofu coagulant. And then dissolve it
completely.
- Pour the dissolved coagulant into a bowl
(about 2 quart capacity).
- Use the supplied strainer to scoop out the
bean pulp, dipping into the pot of soymilk 5~7
times.
- Pour the filtered soymilk from the pot
into the bowl of dissolved coagulant, holding
the grip of pot with right hand and supporting
the bottom of pot with left hand and wait for
about 30 minutes. (Do not stir or
disturb, it may fail to make soft tofu)
- You may use the soft tofu like it is or
place it in the refrigerator to make slightly
firmer soft tofu.
