Why Soylove , not any other brand?

Answer: Compare with any other machine you can find on the market, Soylove is the best quality, finest finishing. The one you may have seen on the web sale is evaluated by a so called Doctor, and we also contacted that Doctor, and we asked him to test more than the one he had in 1999, he has no reply since year 2001, it seems that this Doctor is not really testing everybody's machine to  to make a fair comments. That machine is far from good.


A. I have a friend who is interested in the Soylove soymilk maker and asked me to drop you a line.  In reading your directions to make tofu it seems very similar to other machines.  What is the difference using your machine?  How much coagulant do you use?  What kind?  Does it make a white tofu?  What is the advantage to using dry soybeans?  Do they grind up as well as the soaked beans?  Can you put your pitcher in the dishwasher?  Thank you for your prompt answer.  Miriam

Answers:

1. The last step to make tofu is the same for all the machines:  put the coagulator into soy milk and wait till it becomes bean curd, but the way to make soy milk is not much the same.

2. 3. This  Soylove® comes with 20 bags of coagulator which are used to make Tofu. The material is Magnesium Chloride. A kind of food additive. You need one bag at a time. Or you may use Gypsum instead of Magnesium Chloride.

5. There are many advantages of being able to grind Dry beans. The first advantage is dry beans have more nutritious than the soaked beans. When you soak the beans, the change inside beans consumes the nutrition in the beans. The change uses the energy in the beans to grow beans up to bud.
The second advantage shows : that to be able to grind dry beans means this machine can do with any dry material ,almond, peanut, rice. So it makes the Soylove® a unique machine that can make many kinds of food without concerning if you have to soak the material or not.

B: What are the differences between the two Soy Milk Maker ION-201 and KA2002 ?

The ION-201 is made in Korea with very ruggidized parts and great finishing, the cost is higher than KA2002. You can use both machine to make DRY and Soaked beans to make soymilk, but ION-201 specially designed to make Tofu as well. It comes with a Tofu frame and fabric. The manual will teach you how to make Tofu out of this machine. The ION-201 is bigger than KA2002 it makes 1400cc while ION-201 makes 1700 cc milk at one time.

KA2002 is made in China with low cost, it works as good as ION-201, but no kits comes with it like ION-201. In the package of ION-201, it comes with a Tofu frame, coagulant and fabrics. KA2002 does not suppose to make Tofu.

Q1. Why is the soymilk made from Soylove is so dilute/watery?

A1. If we make soymilk the traditional method, we can control the thickness, the thicker the

       soymilk, the better the taste. However, according to nutritionist, too much of protein which

       cannot be digested by our body will lead to urine acid. Thus, this is the recommended

       thickness by nutritionist.

 
Q2. Why had Big noise, when it cooking?
A2. - At first, big noise may be caused when grinding hard cereals.

       - If the filtering barrel is not tightened when inserting and rotating the filtering barrel in the

         lower part of main unit, there may be noise due to escaped filtering barrel striking with the 

         blade while operating.

 

Q3. Why is the price of Soylove is higher compared to other brand of soymilk 

       maker in the market?

A3. There are a few brand of soy maker in the market; most of them are from China and Taiwan,

       while Soylove is from Korea. Soylove involved the technology from both country Korea &

       Japan.  Soylove obtained patent in U.S., Japan Korea and so forth. The quality and

       performance of Soylove is assured. In other words, we pay for the satisfactory performance

       and superior quality product.

 

Q4. Why should I pay RM 838 for a Soymilk Maker whereas I can get Other 

       Machine at RM 700++, which also can do a lot of recipes including Juicing?

A4. Well, Soylove and Juicing or grinding Machine are totally 2 different equipment. For 

       instance, use soylove to make soymilk, the procedure involved is putting soybean, water 

       and switching on the power and you may be away while the machine is in process. 

       However, use Juicing or grinding machine to make soymilk, You have to be present 

       while the machine is operating and then you boil the milk. 

       Soylove is a fully automatic machine, you are only required to put necessary ingredients, 

       water and switch on power. It is so simple and convenience. Besides making soymilk, you 

       may make rice milk, oat milk, hot dessert, porridge, even coffee and tea.

 
Q5. Why is the soymilk so powdery, it is not smooth?

A5. The fibre of soybean contains certain nutrient, and we are advisable by the nutritionist

       to take some of them. However, if you really cannot accept it, you may sieve the 

       soymilk with coffee sieve.

 
Q6. Soft tofu or Hard tofu cannot be made?

A6. - Coagulant may not be added.

       - The container might be shakes several times to check the status of coagulation while

          coagulating the soft tofu.

       - The temperature of soymilk is too low due to long time lapsed after making.

 
Q7. Why the Soft Tofu is so different from our normal soft tofu?
A7. This is the Korean Style of soft tofu. Please refer to the recipe for making soft tofu.
 
Q8. What is magnesium choloride, is it harmful to our health?

A8. Magnesium Choloride is the scientific term for hard tofu coagulator, while the layman 

       term is deep sea salt. It is a natural ingredient to coagulate the tofu.

 
Q9. Can I put 1300ml of water instead of 1700ml of water to make soymilk?

A9. Yes, you may either put 1300ml of water or 1700ml of water or in between. But never 

       put less than 1300ml and more than 1700ml.

 

Q10. I want to cook porridge, but I do not want all ingredients to be mashed 

        up, what can I do?

A10. You may put the ingredients that you want to be mashed up in the filter barrel and the

          ingredients you want to remain pieces in the stainless steel bucket.

 
Q11. What is the recommended usage for Soylove in a day?

A11. The recommended usage is twice a day. Let the machine cool down for about ? to 

         1 hour in between. However if you wish to use more than 2 times a day, the machine 

         will operate.

 
Q12. Raw bean smell(Beany taste)?
A12. - Beans may not be washed perfectly.
         - The amount of beans may be excessive (maximum amount : 100g)
         - Amount of water might be filled about the level marked in the pot.
