Procedure
for Making Korean Style Soymilk

- Measure out 1cup(supplied cup, almost 2/3 cup) and
wash thoroughly removing stones, etc.
- Add large spoonful of sesame seeds to the
filtering barrel and rinse.
- Put the soybeans into the filtering barrel, insert
the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit,
then lock it by turning clockwise.
- Fill the pot with water to the (1,700cc) level
marked inside the pot. (Do not use hot water, do not
under fill)
- Place the main unit into the pot.
- Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the
locking device at the upper part of main unit, with
a bang.
- Plug in the unit.
- When the power lamp is lit, press the button
to
begin the process.
- When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 30
minutes the operation is complete.
- Unplug the power cord from the upper part of the
main unit.
- Pull back the handle to separate main body from
water bucket, the soy milk is done.
- Use the supplied strainer to filter out the bean
pulp.
Optional: add cocoa (or carob) and sugar (or
honey) to suit your taste.
