Procedure for Making Korean Style Soymilk

 
  1. Measure out 1cup(supplied cup, almost 2/3 cup) and wash thoroughly removing stones, etc.
  2. Add large spoonful of sesame seeds to the filtering barrel and rinse.
  3. Put the soybeans into the filtering barrel, insert the filtering barrel in the lower part of the unit, then lock it by turning clockwise.
  4. Fill the pot with water to the (1,700cc) level marked inside the pot. (Do not use hot water, do not under fill)
  5. Place the main unit into the pot.
  6. Pull the grip forward. the grip will locked at the locking device at the upper part of main unit, with a bang.
  7. Plug in the unit.
  8. When the power lamp is lit, press the button to begin the process.
  9. When the lamp flickers and beeps after about 30 minutes the operation is complete.
  10. Unplug the power cord from the upper part of the main unit.
  11. Pull back the handle to separate main body from water bucket,  the soy milk is done.
  12. Use the supplied strainer to filter out the bean pulp.

Optional:  add cocoa (or carob) and sugar (or honey) to suit your taste.
